SAN MIGUEL, BOHOL- A poor family here received a newly built house through the “Libreng Alagad ug Balay” program of the Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) in partnership with Balay sa Paglaum, an advocacy of Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado and 2nd district Representative Vanessa “Van-Van” Aumentado.

They are the 75th recipient.

Reymond Peblas Camingawan, 29, a painter from Negros Oriental and father of three, was granted the house in Purok 7, Sto. Niño, where he now lives with his partner and children.

Despite financial struggles, Reymond never gave up on his dream to build a home. That dream became a reality through the support of the BPPO, local officials, and the Aumentado family.

Aside from the house, the family also received groceries and a live goat for livelihood.

“This is more than just a house—it’s a symbol of hope and a fresh start,” said Governor Aumentado.

Police representatives and community officials joined the turnover ceremony, showing unity in uplifting the lives of those in need.
