Tagbilaran City mayoral candidate Atoy Torralba and his party, Abante Tagbilaran Uswag Tagbilaranon, held their proclamation rally on Saturday, March 29, as he guns for city’s chief executive.
The rally was held at the Plaza Rizal.
Reelectionist Gov. Aris Aumentado endorsed Torralba as his mayoral candidate for Tagbilaran City.
Aumentado said Torralba already has extensive experience in the field of philanthropy when he was chairman of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).
“I have seen his work ethics and his love for the people. I salute Atoy Torralba,” the governor said.
