Authorities seized P68 million worth of shabu from two sibling drug dealers entrapped on Monday morning, March 4, 2024 on A. Soriano St., Barangay Carreta, Cebu City.
The operation was conducted by the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 7.
Arrested were Jaime Auxtero Dajao, 47, who was the target of the operation, and his brother, Roberto , 53, both residents of Purok 2, Barangay Tanghalige, Talibon, Bohol.
Jaime l was arrested in a buy-bust operation on May 25, 2020. Four more kilos of suspected shabu were confiscated from Jaime with an estimated value worth P27.2 million.
The arrest of Dajao brothers and confiscation from them of P6. 8 million worth of shabu was undertaken based on reports by vigilant informants about their large-scale distribution of shabu in Cebu and Bohol.
