The Human Resource Unit of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) in Central Visayas conducted a learning and training development workshop on November 9-10, 2023 at the NIA Regional Office VII Conference Room.
The training aimed to empower participants to effectively translate learning and training needs analysis outcomes into learning interventions, and prioritizing its implementation.
The workshop includes strengthening of human resource capabilities in learning and training development, facilitating learning and training needs analysis, as well as the formulation of a comprehensive training calendar.
NIA- R7 Industrial Relation Management Officer Theressa Zenn Arcete and designated training assistant Bryan Rogelle Quimson facilitated the training with the support of the administrative Section chief Ed Antoni Fernandez.
All NIA R7 HR employees from field offices in Bohol, Cebu, and Negros Oriental gathered to participate in this training.
After this workshop, the participants are expected to proficiently craft a strategic human resource plans for 2024.
