Authorities arrested a 33-year-old man and confiscated at least P22 million worth of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation in Dauis town, Bohol early Friday morning, July 14.
PLt. Thomas Zen Cheung, chief of Dauis Police Station, said they carried out the operation in Brgy. Songculan and arrested Sherwin Trabero Aranas, a resident of Barangay Mariveles in Dauis, Bohol at 1 a.m.
It added that law enforcers seized from the suspect transparent plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) with an estimated value of least P21.930 million.
Police also said that a complaint for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will be filed against the suspect.
