Bohol 2nd district Rep. Vanessa Aumentado bared that for 2023, P2.1 billion infrastructure projects were alloted for second district under General Appropriations Act 2023- GAA 2023.
She said these projects are implemented by District Engineering Office 2 of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
These funds are for roads, bridges, flood controls, waterworks system, covered courts, barangay halls and other infrastructure.
“Ang uban gisugdan na, ang uban for implementation na usab. Dakong pondo, daghan pod matabangan na Lungsod ug Barangay,” Aumentado said in her Facebook.
“Pero naapa gihapon tay daghang solbaronon ilabina sa kalsada ug uban pa. Pero dili ta mohunong sa pagpaningkamot hantod dili mahuman ang atong mga maayong tinguha para sa atong pinanggang Segundo Distrito,” she added.
Aumentado is doubling efforts to provide excellent service for the 450,000 people in the second district.
The district consists of the northern municipalities of Bien Unido, Buenavista, Clarin, Dagohoy, Danao, Getafe, Inabanga, President Carlos P. Garcia, Sagbayan, San Isidro, San Miguel, Talibon, Trinidad and Ubay.
