Denver John Melecio Turtoga, a graduate from Bohol Island State University (BISU)-Tagbilaran, emerged as topnotchers in the Master Plumbers Licensure Examination held on February 19 and 20, 2023.
Turtoga secured the 9th spot with a score of 82. 60 percent. He shared the same spot with Kris Kristofferson Simbulan of Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University in Pampanga.
Christian Papellero Godinez of the University of San Jose Recoletos secured the top spot with a score of 89 percent.
