Joshua Lillehagen of Bohol province was crowned Great Man of the Universe Philippines 2022 on Sunday, Nov. 13, making him the first to win the title.
The pageant was held Novotel Manila Araneta City, with 40 men from around the country competing for the title. Sunday night was the last day of the competition, with eliminations narrowing down the number of finalists until the last two remained.
Lillehagen, 19, also won Great Man of Perfume and Best in Resorts Wear. His video on Bohol was declared Best in Tourism and Culture Video.
Lillehagen hails from Calape town.
