A grandmother and her grandson and another boy were drowned in the Inabanga River on Wednesday morning.
Inabanga officials identified the drowning victims as 69-year-old Alejandra Millanas and her grandson Justin, residents of Barangay Datag, Inabanga town.
Another victim, David, 6, was found on Thursday morning in Barangay Baguhan.
Their family reported them missing on Tuesday. They told officials that both were believed to have been swept away by rampaging waters of the rain-swollen river.
