A streel- value individual was arrested in a buy-bust operations conducted by the Tagbilaran City Police Drugs Enforcement Team on Wednesday night, December 30, 2020.
A total of P170,000 worth of suspected shabu, weighing around 25 grams, were confiscated from suspect
Mark Harris Bernaldez Bulatete, 34, a resident of Purok 6, Hontanosas Street, Tagbilaran City.
Police monitored Bulatete for about weeks after receiving reports of his involvement in the illegal drug trade.
