Presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and running mate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte are the Boholanos’ top choice as the country’s next president and vice president based on the latest survey results of Holy Name University (HNU) Center for Research and Publications.
According to Bohol Poll pre-electoral provincewide survey conducted from Feb. 28 to Mar h 21, Marcos solidified his lead by posting a 52 percent voter preference, pulling ahead of his closest rival by a 34 percent lead margin.
Way behind Marcos are Manny Pacquiao
who posted 18 percent, followed by
Vice President Leni Robredo with 17 percent, Isko Domagoso with 8 percent, and Ping Lacson with 4 percent.
The HNU Poll survey also showed Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte’s dominance in Bohol where she garnered 72 percent.
Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III had 14 percent, Senator Kiko Pangilinan had nine percent, and Dr. Willie Ong had three percent.
