Police operatives have arrested the No. 5 most wanted person in Central Visayas in a law enforcement operation, police official said Friday.
Col. Osmundo Salibo, director of Bohol Police Provincial Office, identified the arrested wanted person as Raindro Buno, alias Wally/BigBig/Sendoy, 48, a farmer and resident of San Vicente in Trinidad town.
Buno is listed as the No.5 most wanted person in Central Visayas.
Police said Buno is a member of the NPA armed member of Squad 2, SYP Platoon, BPC, Non – PSR Listed and former Chairman of Talibon Trinidad Integrated Farmers Association (TTIFA).
Buno was nabbed in a warrant of arrest operation around 12:30 a.m. Friday (Feb. 25) in Purok 1, Barangay San Roque, Talibon.
Buno has standing warrants of arrest for murder and attempted murder. No bail bond recommended for murder and P120,000.00 each for six counts attempted murder.
Buno is currently being held at Talibon police station.
“Aking pinapasalamatan ang walang kapagurang serbisyo ng ating kapulisan para sa probinsya ng Bohol at di tayo titigil hangga’t di natin naabot ang hustisya para sa mga nabiktima ng kriminal katulad neto,” said Salibo.
