Vanessa Aumentado & friends help in relief goods distribution in Bilangbilangan Island

With the recent calamity that struck Bohol province, people have been volunteering and offering their assistance to all the victims.

Vanessa Aumentado is one of those who took time to get out of her way.

The typhoon Odette victims were temporarily appeased when Aumentado visited the Bilangbilangan Island on Friday, January 07, 2022.

Aumentado was accompanied by her husband, Rep. Aris Aumentado, Bien Unido Mayor Rene Borenaga, Vice Mayor Monching Arcena, land local officials and some volunteers from Tagbilaran and Jagna.

At least 750 residents of Bilangbilangan Daku and 250 residents of Bilangbilangan Gamay received packs from the local govenrment unit of Bien Unido and Aumentado couple.

The residents also expressed their gratitude for helping them in the time of need.

Cecilia Padin, 39, thanked the supporters and volunteers for bringing joy in the midst of a hard time.

“Salamat wala mi ninyo kalimti,” said Padin.
