At least 50 people were killed when Typhoon Odette unleashed its wrath last Thursday in Bohol province, the provincial government reported on Saturday night, Dec. 18, 2021.
In a Facebook post, provincial government said rhe 50 deaths came from 21 local government units.
There were 8 who died in Ubay, the hardest-hit town.
There were 5 deaths in President Carlos P. Garcia, 4 died each in Inabanga and Catigbian, 3 each in Valencia, Tubigon and Alicia, 2 each in Batuan, Antequera and Maribojoc.
Calape and Jagna registered two casualties each. One death each recorded in Lila, Pilar and Candijay.
