The Visayas and Mindanao will have warm and humid weather that will be felt on Monday except for isolated rains by the afternoon and evening.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said easterlies will continue to bring warm and humid weather, but a frontal system will bring cloudy skies and rains over the northern and eastern sides of Luzon.

Weather updates from (Pagasa) also showed that the northeast monsoon or amihan will make a weak surge.

The northeast monsoon surge will last until Tuesday, Pagasa added.

The tail end of a frontal system and the northeast monsoon will lower temperatures across Luzon for Monday.

Pagasa also issued a gale warning for the seaboards of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, and Cagayan province. Fisherfolk in the said areas are advised not to set sail as sea conditions will be rough to very rough.
