A high-value target (HVT) was arrested during an anti-drug buy-bust operation conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) in Barangay Dao in Tagbilaran City on Wednesday afternoon, March 10, 2021.
Police said about 2 p.m.,Carmelo Puagang Budlong, 25, a resident of Sitio Bajong in Barangay Dao, Tagbilaran City, was arrested during a buy-bust operation.
Budlong was caught in the act of selling one piece of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu to a police agent who acted as poseur buyer.
Confiscated from the suspect were sachets of shabu with an estimated value of P340, 000.
He will be charged for violation of Section 5 (Sale) of RA 9165.
