An infant from Maribojoc town died due to the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) complications, a health official said on Thursday, February 11.
The baby was the 20th Covid-19 fatality in the province.
No further details were given except that the infant, who was from Maribojoc town, experienced “respiratory distress” as confirmed by Bohol IATF spokesperson Dr. Cesar Tomas “Yul” Lopez.
As of 9AM, Thursday (February 11), Bohol has reported 112 active cases of Covid-19 bringing the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases to 959, with 827 recoveries and 20 deaths.
