The man who was shot and killed along the national highway in Batuan town on Sunday night has been identified as Dionisio Cabulao, a resident of Balilihan town, according to Batuan Police Office.
Cabulao was shot on Sunday (Jan. 24) at around 8 p. m. while driving his motorcycle in Barangay Rizal.
He sustained gunshot wounds in his head that caused his instantaneous death.
Police have yet to identify the motive behind the killing and the perpetrators.
