The province of Bohol has recorded 14 new active cases of the Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) which raised the total active cases to 24.
Of the 14 new cases, it included provincial Capitol employees, Dr. Tomas Cesar Lopez, spokesman of the Bohol Inter Agency Task Force (BIATF), said during a virtual presser on Thursday, January 21, 2021.
12 new cases is touted to be a local transmission case.
However, Lopez didn’t specify how many Capitol employees were infected with Covid-19.
He just assured that these “employees are in stable condition.”
Contact tracing was conducted to contain the virus.
As of Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021 Bohol has 840 total Covid-19 cases, 24 active cases, 798 recoveries and 18 deaths.
