A 26-year-old seaman and his 20-year-old brother were electrocuted on Tuesday afternoon (October 13) while installing an internet signal booster in Barangay Limokon Ilaod in Dimiao town.
Dimiao police identified the fatalities as Tristian Dexter Namoco Hamlag, 26, and Christian Val Hamlag, 20.
Police Staff Sergeant Anselmo Nayve of the Dimiao Police Station said that Tristian helped his younger brother Christian installing an internet device to increase internet speed for the latter’s online class.
The antenna metal pole accidentally fell and it hit an electric post near their house.
Tristian tried to pull Christian away but was also electrocuted.
