There were 12 new coronavirus cases confirmed as at Friday night (Oct. 2), taking Bohol’s total to 356 cases.
Friday’s new cases included a 33-year old pregnant from Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City, said Tagbilaran City Mayor Baba Yap.
There were 8 locals stranded who tested positive of Covid-19— 3 from Candijay, 2 from Carmen and one each from President Carlos P. Garcia, Anda and Ubay.
One resident from Talibon, one authorized persons outside residence. (APOR) from Anda and one health worker from Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital also got infected with the virus.
According to Bohol Gov. Art Yap, they were already isolated.
“Ato nga gipahibaw ang mga Mayor sa nahisgutang mga lungsod kabahin sa resulta ug nagpadayon usab ang atong contact tracing sa mga bag-ong kaso pinaagi sa PHO, DOH, PNP Contact Tracing Team ug RHU sa nagkadaiyang lungsod,” Yap said.
As of Friday, Oct. 2, Bohol has 356 confirmed Covid-19 cases- 82 active cases, 266 recoveries and 8 deaths.
