San Miguel town hall closed for disinfection

The municipal hall of San Miguel town in Bohol was closed for disinfection on Monday, September 21, after one of its workers tested positive for coronavirus.

The local government said in an advisory that during the closure, no transactions will be accommodated except for health and medical purposes.

However, no information if the closure would continue.

Last August, the municipal hall was closed for disinfection after the mother of its employees died of Covid-19.

San Miguel earlier has one death, the fourth death case in the province, with 14 confirmed cases.

As of September 21, Bohol has a total of 290 confirmed Covid-19 cases, of which 47 two are considered active, 235 have recovered and with eight deaths.
