A healthcare worker in Tubigon tested positive for the new coronavirus disease (Covid-19), Governor Arthur Yap said on Monday night.
Yap, on a Facebook post, said the healthcare worker had no travel history, not a local stranded nor an overseas Filipino worker.
” Sa pagka-karon naka-isolate na ang pasyente ug naka-quarantine na usab ang iyang mga katrabaho ug pamilya,” Yap said.
“Ato ng gipahibaw si Mayor William Jao kabahin sa resulta ug ipadayon nato ang pagcontact trace sa 1st ug 2nd generation contacts sa pasyente pinaagi sa DOH, PHO ug PNP-Contact Tracing Team,” he added.
