The province of Bohol remains under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) beginning July 16 until July 31, 2020.
Bohol Gov. Arthur Yap signed Executive Order No. 38 on Wednesday, July 15, extending the MGCQ in the province.
The quarantine protocols should remain strictly implemented even under MGCQ.
The governor, however, still prohibits operations of bars, nights clubs, KTV bar, internwt cafes and cinemas are still prohibited.
The penalties for getting caught with a fake or ‘doctored’ Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test result, bogus vaccination certificate, and fake s-pass is P5,000, a forced quarantine for 5 days at a Department of Tourism-accredited quarantine facility at the violator’s expense, plus the cost of the mandatory RT-PCR on the fifth day of quarantine.
