CEBU CITY –A COVID-19 positive patient died Tuesday morning after jumping from the third floor of the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center along B. Rodriguez Street here.
The incident happened about 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9.
There were no details available yet on the patient except that he was a 48-year-old male, who was brought to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center after he was tested positive for COVID-19.
This was reportedly the second time the said patient attempted suicide.
Police Station 2 is now investigating the matter.
