Mae Mustasa has to endure the long line in order to go home in Cortes town.
She has to come early as 4 p. m. after work at the Tagbilaran City Square to wait for a public utility vehicles (PUVs).
“Taas kaayo ang linya unya dugay pa muabot ang sakyanan,” said Mustasa, a mother of two.
She and other commuters have been doing it for three days since there were only a few public utility vehicles (PUVs) operating.
The same situation in other terminals in Cogon and Dao.
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) said public utility vehicles (PUVs) will still need to apply for special permits to traverse roads of areas under general community quarantine (GCQ).
The special permit, which can be applied online from Regional Offices and Central Office of LTFRB, are free of charge for the duration of the GCQ.
However, the “No Sail Policy” is still implemented
In province of Bohol and nearby provinces which are under general community quarantine.
