The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has arrested in Pangasinan a teacher who allegedly posted on Twitter an offer of a P50-million reward to anyone who could kill President Rodrigo Duterte.
According to GMA News, NBI Deputy Director Ferdinand Lavin confirmed the development and said the 25-year-old suspect is set to undergo inquest proceedings.
He said the case is with the bureau’s office in Dagupan.
Details on the arrest were not immediately available.
