A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck Bohol early Tuesday morning, March 24, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
In its bulletin, Phivolcs said the earthquake was registered at 1:34 a.m.
The tremor was plotted five kilometers northeast of the town proper of Antequera, and had a depth of only 5 km, it said.
On the same day, at 1:50 a.m., a 1.8-magnitude tremor was registered and its epicenter was pinpointed 3 km northwest of Sevilla town, with a depth of 27 km, Phivolcs also said.
No aftershock was raised by the state agency and no damages or injury are expected from the two tremors.
