The Department of Health (DOH) just announced two more additional deaths due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the Philippines.
In a post on Tuesday evening, DOH revealed that the recent fatalities were a 76-year-old Filipino male with patient ID PH126 and a 67-year-old male with patient ID PH129.
PH126 died from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) and severe pneumonia.
PH129 also died from ARDS secondary to Covid 19.
Both patients died today.
They were admitted in different hospitals.
PH126, who was admitted at the Adventist Medical Center in Manila, had Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease.
PH129, who was admitted at the Lung Center of the Philippines, was hypertensive.
