Boholano bodybuilder Remegio Villamor Jr. won the Sinulog Fitness Icon Competition 2020 last Friday at the Robinsons Galleria, Cebu City.
Villamor, 43, hails from Barangay Poblacion, Inabanga town, Bohol.
In 2017, Villamor won the Mr. Novice title in the 6th Phil-Asia Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships.
He also represented the country in the Mr. World championships in 2018.
Villamor said the road to the crown wasn’t easy.
He shared that discipline is the key to be a fitness icon.
