The incident happened at around 6:50 a.m.None of the at least 10 passengers were hurt during the incident.
According to the accounts of the jeepney driver Jemar Dalde, 23, and a resident of Canduao Oriental in Valencia town, he was about to enter Jacinto Borja Street when a passenger told him to stop at the corner.
However, he attempted to beat the red light, miscalculated his speed and came to a stop in front of CAP Building.It almost hit a fire hydrant.
The driver sustained minor bruises from the incident.
