A 19-year-old senior high school student was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Panglao tonight, Dec. 23, 2019.
Jose Romar Arcaya, a resident of Barangay Danao, Panglao, was arrested by Panglao Police at Purok 6 in Barangay Poblacion in Panglao.
Seized from the suspect were four sachets of suspected shabu worth P20,000.
