An elementary school teacher was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Tagbilaran City, Bohol at around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 02, 2019.
Eufemio Solis Bantugan, 49, a resident of Barangay Taloto in Tagbilaran City, was arrested with a total of 12 grams of suspected crystal meth (shabu) with an estimated dangerous drugs board (DDB) value of P81,600.
The subject was arrested at Purok 2, Graham Avenue, Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran City.
Police Col. Oscar Boyles, chief of Tagbilaran City Police, said Bantugan was a high value target.
