Ferry trips resumed in Bohol, Cebu, Dumaguete and Siquijor after the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)-Central Visayas lifted the sea travel ban imposed due to Typhoon Tisoy.

The PCG said trips at ports in Bohol, Metro Cebu, Dumaguete, and Siquijor were already allowed to operate.

The ban was lifted at 8 am on Tuesday, December 3.

Many passengers were earlier stranded Tisoy triggered rough seas in the Philippines.

Fastcraft OceanJet announced that all trips resumed as of 11:46 a.m.
