Bohol radio station dyTR has just welcomed its newest topnotch announcer as veteran radioman Pedy Bolanio was tapped to handle the station’s public affairs program “Kwentas Klaras.”
In a Facebook post of dyTR news anchor Ted Ayeng, Bolanio left rival station dyRD and started his first broadcast in his new stint on Wednesday (October 9, 2019) morning.
Ayeng was chosen to join commentator-analyst Bolanio, along with former Corella Vice Mayor Billy Daquipil, forming the newest on-air trio who will discuss public issues affecting the lives of Boholanos via an exchange of opinions and ideas with a touch of listener’s interaction.

Both Ayeng and Bolanio owed their radio experience to Cebu’s dyLA, the former in the 90s and the latter in the 80s under the program of the Broadcast Production and Training Center (BPTC).
In 1984, he handled commentary program and showbiz program “Pasunding sa Mga Bitoon” on dyTR.
In 1989, he transferred to dyRD where he was the pioneer-host of noontime commentary program “Silab Sa Udtong Tutok.”
Bolanio is most notable for handling the program “Rampa Showbiz” in dyRD.
Fifteen-year-old Kwentas Klaras started airing via dyTR in November 2005.
Dili jud ‘ta magmahay sa serbisyo nga idalit ni Mr. Pedy S. Bolanio considering his vast experiences in print and broadcast media. Long life ‘Do😊
