The province of Bohol is still a zero insurgency province, the Philippine Army confirmed during the joint Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) meeting at the Capitol’s Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall on April 3.
