A site inspection was carried out on Monday by the Municipal Engineer together with personnel from the Provincial Engineering Office to assess the landslide-hit portion of the road in Kalilo Area in Barangay Candulao in Garcia Hernandez town.
Authorities confirmed that the affected section is part of a provincial road under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Government of Bohol. The inspection aimed to evaluate the situation and determine the necessary steps to resolve the long-standing problem in the area.
Local officials also urged commuters and the riding public to exercise caution when passing through the affected road, emphasizing that public safety remains their top priority.
