Bohol 3rd District Representative Alexie Besas- Tutor lauded President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s 4th State of the Nation Address (Sona), saying it directly addressed the most urgent needs of the country’s poor.
Tutor said the president delivered a clear and compassionate speech that strongly resonated with the people, especially in Bohol, where healthcare, social services, housing, and employment remain top priorities.
She welcomed the president’s commitment to improving PhilHealth coverage, solving power and water supply issues, and building more barangay health stations and day care centers.
“We fully support the President’s programs and the budget priorities he laid out in his address,” Tutor added.
