Cruz, Calape, more or less 600 meters away from the police station, the Rebucas approached the suspect angrily who tried to fotcibly open the window of the vehicle holding a metal bar and galvanized iron pipe.
The suspect locked the window of the vehicle, but the victim didn’t stop from trying to open it up while shouting.
Accordingly, the suspect then feeling unsafe and intimidated of the situation, pulled out a caliber .45 pistol trying to scare the victim but the victim pursued in opening the window of the vehicle.
The suspect then opened the window of the vehicle trying to pacify the situation but the victim continued in harassing him.
