63 medical clerks stranded in Bohol arrive in Cebu

After more than two months of being stranded, 63 medical clerks finally arrive home in Cebu City on Thursday night, May 28, 2020.

According to the information provided by the Philippine Coast Guard in Central Visayas (PCG-7), they arrived at around 8p.m. at Pier 4 in Cebu City.

These 63 medical clerks, who are graduating medical students of Southwestern University (SWU) arrived in Bohol last January 31.

Their internship stopped last March 17 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Half of the medical clerks are foreign students.

After they were profiled, they were immediately brought by SWU school bus to the identified quarantine facility of their school.
