Two alleged armed drug pushers were arrested Friday in a buy-bust operation in Ubay town, Bohol province.
Rei Lemoneras, 28, and Judritsdel Olar, 20, -both from San Miguel town, Bohol were carrying an undocumented .38-caliber pistol loaded with a bullet when caught in a buy-bust operation at past 8:28 p.m. in Barangay Poblacion in Ubay town.
Authorities seized the illegal firearm and shabu (crystal meth) worth P17, 000 from the suspects who were on the police list of street-level drug pushers.
The suspects were detained and face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, gun laws, and the Omnibus Election Code.
