A former board member and provincial administrator and four developers accused on the alleged violation of regulating the sale of subdivision lots and condominíums personally appeared at Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Bohol on Monday, Oct. 23.
Former board member and provincial administator Ae Alfonso Damalerio II,
Liezel Retardo, Neil Ryan Agan, Alexander Zafra II and Godfrey Digal submitted themselves upon knowing their warrants of arrest for the violation of regulating the sale of subdivision lots and condominíums.
The warrants of arrest were issued against the accused by Judge Rufo Urquia Naragas of Regional Trial Court Branch 48 in Tagbilaran City dated October 20, 2023.
The bail was set at P60,000.
Damalerio served as the provincial administrator during the administration of then Bohol Gov and now 1st Bohol representative Edgar Chatto.
They have yet to issue a statement about the allegations.
