Talibon police on Saturday said it has captured the suspected murderer of Rosana Amorin, 25, who was killed while resisting a rape attempt.
Police said that the incident happened on Friday the 13th, Oct. 13, in Barangay Calituban in Talibon while she was sleeping in her house.
The suspect identified as Gerald Garcia, 22, allegedly entered the victim’s house in a bid to rape her, but smothered her to death when she tried to fight him off.
