A man reported missing has been found alive inside a detention facility after he was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Tubigon town.
The Tubigon Police Station confirmed that
Dwight Denard Patayan, 34, from Barangay Sta Cruz town in Dagohoy town, was arrested in Barangay Macaas, Tubigon on Wednesday morning, November 6, 2024.
The suspect is currently detained at the Tubigon PNP and will face charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The family reported him missing on Tuesday night after he failed to go home. His family attempted to contact him but was unable to do so.
The family told police it was extremely unlike him to disappear without alerting anyone.
