Annyeong! Bohol-Panglao International Airport welcomes Air Busan

Panglao, Bohol – The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Bohol-Panglao International Airport (BPIA) welcomed a total of 217 passengers on board the inaugural flight of Air Busan flight BX 7135 from Incheon, South Korea on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

The passengers arrived at 1:12. a. m.

Air Busan departed Incheon Airport (ICN) to BPIA (TAG) at around 10:01 p. m. and will have its ICN-TAG-ICN flight daily starting Saturday.

The ICN-TAG-ICN inaugural flight ceremony was joined by BPIA acting airport manager, Anghelo B. Ibañez, its partnered agencies, local media, and airline executives.

BPIA is constantly striving to further improve services at the airport to ensure safe and easy travels for passengers’ greater accessibility and convenience.

Amidst persisting challenges, BPIA hopes that this will be a potential economic turning point not just in the Province of Bohol but also in the aviation industry in the country.
