A graduate of Cristal e-College – Panglao Campus made it to first place in the February 2023 Certified Plant Mechanics Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Abram Noja Arellano garnered a percentage rating of 90.35 %.
There were 65 out of 90 who passed the examinations.
