A man died when he was overrun by a dump truck on Wednesday, Feb. 15, this city.
Report from the city police said that Nicolas Lacia, a resident of Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran, crossed into the direction of a moving dump truck along J. A. Clarin Street near the Philippine National Bank.
Local rescuers responded to the area and brought the victim for medical treatment but died while being treated.
