For the third time, Tagbilaran City has been declared as the Most Business Friendly LGU City Level 3 during the 48th Philippine Business Conference & Expo on October 20, 2022 at the Manila Hotel.
The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) organized the event after two years of global lockdowns.
The Philippine Business Conference & Expo is considered as the country’s biggest and most highly-anticipated business conference.
Mayor Jane Yap and former mayor and chief of staff Baba Yap received the plaque from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Yap believes that after receiving its third Most Business-Friendly LGU Award, the city will be catapulted to even greater heights.
“Tagbilaran, this is OUR WIN. Salamat kaayo Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry for recognizing our efforts, rest assured padayon ang atong pagtinabangay para makab-ot ang kinatas-ang potential sa atong pinalanggang Tagbilaran City,” said Yap.
