A man was arrested in a buy-bust in Barangay San Isidro in Tagbilaran City on Saturday (May 21, 2022), with the police operatives seizing 200 grams of suspected shabu worth P1,360,000.
Arrested was Jaime Aguaviva Gumba, 42, a resident of Purok 1 of the said village.
According to police, the suspect is a high value individual (HVI).
Gumba, in a media interview, denied the said allegation. He is detained at Tagbilaran City police station.
