Miss Bohol Pauline Amelinckx was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2022-Charity during the live coronation night held in the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, April 30.
Celeste Cortesi of Pasay was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2022.

The winners of the other titles are:
Miss Universe Philippines Tourism: Michelle Marquez Dee (Makati)
Miss Universe Philippines 1st runner-up: Annabelle McDonnell (Misamis Oriental)
Miss Universe Philippines 2nd runner-up: Ma. Katrina Llegado (Taguig)

During the Q&A portion, Pauline was asked, “What is that one life-changing decision that you’ve made and what was its impact on your life?”
Her answer, “The life-changing decision I’ve made was to join Miss Universe Philippines again despite being bashed before for my body, being doubted by people, I found strength in myself. And this story can be a testament for other people to draw strength from to, that a second chance be as just as sweet, and you can still achieve your ultimate a second time around.”
Pauline, a Filipino-Belgian from Tubigon town was crowned Miss Bohol 2017. She was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas 2018– Global Beauty Queen.
In 2020, she was crowned as the third runner up in the Miss Universe – Philippines 2020. On December 4, 2020, MUP announced that Amelinckx was given the official title “Ambassador for Tourism”.

The 2022 edition of Miss Universe Philippines started with 50 delegates, before they were gradually trimmed down to the Top 32 through a series of challenges. Only the top 32 candidates were chosen to compete live and in person during the coronation night.

Present at tonight’s coronation were Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray as special guests.
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere, and Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Tebow served as the hosts.
